Textile Recycling

Make it better.
Make it circular.

This is our new department: Roseco Textile Recycling.

Who are we?

Founded in 1992, Roseco is one of the pioneers in the used textile sorting and reuse industry.

Our 29 years of experience in the collection and sorting for reuse of textile waste has inevitably led to the next strategic step: recycling of non-reusable fractions, strengthening our position on the Romanian and European market.

By producing quality raw materials from textile waste, we make it easier for the entire textile industry chain to achieve a common goal: respecting resources and raw materials by extending their life span and significantly reducing the consumption of natural resources for the production of virgin raw materials.

Our mission

Using advanced recycling technologies and with a dedicated team, we combine the production of recycled fibres with environmental responsibility.

By positioning ourselves as a trusted partner in a circular economy, we aim to encourage the textile community to look to the future in a conscious and responsible way.

Benefits

Sustainability

By using recycled fibers, the environmental footprint is significantly reduced, thus ensuring an active contribution to the circular economy through the reuse of resources.

Cost efficiency

Extensive recycling capacity, with the possibility of supplying industrial volumes at favourable costs to partners.

Quality assurance

The modern technologies used ensure that the quality and composition of the recycled fibers meet the required standards.

Added value

Consumer demand for products made from recycled raw materials is steadily increasing, adding value and attractiveness to your products.

Customisation and adaptability

Ability to develop products tailored to specific industry needs or customer requirements.

The image of aninnovative brand

The use of recycled fibers reinforces a brand’s image as innovative and forward-looking, making it more attractive to a new generation of environmentally conscious consumers.

Stability of supply

By placing production in the European Union, we are able to offer a stable and reliable source of supply.

Environmental benefits

By using recycled fibers, we significantly increase the level of recycling according to the requirements of European Standards, thus reducing the amount of textiles that end up in landfills or incinerators.

Low carbon footprint

Recycling fibers involves less energy consumption compared to producing new fibers, resulting in a low carbon footprint and a positive environmental impact.

Our impact

Protecting the environment through concrete actions

CO2 emissions reduction

Annually, we help reduce CO2 emissions by 8,000 tones, based on an average saving of 2,000 kilograms of CO2 for each tone recycled.

Conserving water resources

Every year, we save 18 million cubic meters of water, avoiding the use of this quantity for the production of virgin cotton. These data are based on information from the European Environment Agency, which indicates a consumption of 10 cubic meters of water for the production of each kilogram of cotton.

Textile waste management

Annually, we help reduce by 4,000 tones the textile waste that would otherwise be incinerated or landfilled.
